Hi. I'm reporting the same problem again since it was removed and marked as 'Resolved' when clearly it hasn't been resolved.

Every time I use my own Custom skin - that uses the same format as the Steve and Alex default skins - in multiplayer, it shows up as Steve to everyone else in the world. Ever since the addition of the character creator this has been an Issue.
It's terribly frustrating as I've used this skin for years with no hassles, only to now be told that my skin which has worked for years will not sync between devices or games.

I have also noted that this Issue has been brought up by other players in the past, however the issue remains the same. I also noted that there doesn't seem to be this issue with character creator skins or Skin pack skins that I have purchased from the store... this of course makes me wonder if the problem is intentional.

I love the game, but I also like using my own skin which should work with no problems.
It is pretty well the only thing that I have any problem with, as using our own Custom Skins is essential for self expression. We use our own skins and create an in-game character of our own that we can be happy with. there are many great skins available in the store, some of which i have bought. but they're not, ME.

I know this report will be filed away and forgotten, but I would really appreciate a fix for this annoying problem.
