Soul Speed can generate outside of Bastions

      I'm pretty certain that the Soul Speed enchantment is considered a "Treasure" enchantment so you can only get it by bartering via Piglins/ inside the Bastion Remnant. But here I found one with Soul Speed 2 in the Stronghold library for some reason.
