Today when i was trying to start a raid, i went to a pillager outpost i explored before to find a captain.but when i arrived there.i saw not even a regular pillager is in there.i think this is a bug. in minecraft wiki, it say that the pillager and captain will respawn. But it didn't happen.

ways to reproduce.Find an outpost, kill all the pillagers, then done.
