A long-lasting bug that might never be fixed

So, there is a bug that hasn't been patched for a while. This bug happens like so and applies to most devices and connections.

       joined the game

It basically gives the player no name. But what's weirder is the command syntax for teleporting these no-name players and other commands add these quotations with no text inside them.

      ""

And when they talk in chat, it looks like a /tellraw message even when they don't have permissions or hack clients. Basically, without the <>.

      hi

I have no idea why this happens. I have tested this on several devices and I have concluded that on a bad connection, it happens 70% of the time. On an OK connection, it happens 65% of the time. On a good connection, it happens 60% of the time. On an extremely good connection, it happens 40% of the time. When the connection is extremely slow or a little bit slow, it happens 80% of the time. This likes to happen to players that don't have Xbox Live or are using a LAN Connection to play the game such as Omlet Arcade or other 3rd party applications.
