When the update first released on the PlayStation 4, I was able to make a Microsoft account so I can play cross play with other people on PC, Xbox, and other devices. Well, I went to go and do that, and I made a Microsoft account. But, when I signed up for it, it said that it could not register my account or something related to that matter so I cannot do cross play. I even tried creating a new PlayStation account, and a new Microsoft account. Nothing seems to work. Could you possibly give me an explanation?
