Ice and snow forming only in 1 block strips. I removed the snow at the bottom of the attached screenshot and allowed it to reform to better visualize the problem, but you can see that the ticking area around the farm also if effected. The bug appears to be intermittent, as sometimes reopening the world will temporarily fix the issue.
