      Summary:
      TNT activates when a redstone torch is placed on the side of the block. Redstone torches are meant to power all surrounding blocks except for the block they are placed on.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place a block of TNT
      2. Place a redstone torch on the side of it

      Observed Results:
      The TNT activates.

      Expected Results:
      The TNT should not activate.
