When I try to play Minecraft, I get an error message "You are almost out of data storage space! Minecraft has restricted access to this feature until you clear up additional storage space." My system has 117GB left on my microSD card and system memory as 19.5GB free space available.

This game has worked fine for the past year; now I can't play it at all. My Switch works perfectly for all other games I have. I have ANOTHER Nintendo Switch at my Mom's house and Minecraft game, and now that is getting the same exact error!!! So I know it is not my system or game cards, and must be something with the software. I have checked for corrupt data; nothing found. I have made sure I ran software updates on both systems; no issues there either.

What is wrong and how can it be fixed? Can someone call me - do you have live tech support? I've contacted Nintendo a few times over the past month about this and they have no responded. I can see from online forums that others are experiencing this same error. What is happening?
