I was busy building something in the End amd i noticed that in the rim of the island were new tiny islands. Did my island corrupt, or is this a random occurrence? They likely appeared after I lagged the game out by placing too many concrete powder blocks with /fill

E: they seem to respawn when I reenter the End, which is annoying since they mess up builds
