I have uninstalled the windows 10 version numerous times due to a couple of issues. Originally when I purchase the master pack my sound files folder was and still is empty. I've reached out to Microsoft with no response. the no sound was something I resigned myself to work around. After the newest beta update, I have now been unable to have Minecraft for windows 10 only, as it does not launch properly.  the window pops up and closes before reaching the main menu. This has rendered it completely unplayable. I've tried turning the beta options off and on, installing it with developers' tools active, and making sure my recycling bin was completely empty before reinstalling it as well. Nothing has helped. I just want to enjoy playing the beta on a non-mobile platform. Also since I've already bought it through the Microsoft store it will not allow me to simply buy another product key to see if that download will function normally. I've had to play the beta through the app on my phone or blue stacks or just resign myself to playing java more. All I want to do is enjoy playing the nether update beta on a PC. Do you guys have any suggestions or troubleshooting ideas for me to try or am I better off creating a new Microsoft account and buying it again if it lets me?
