I made a copy of my world in beta and went into a Bastion. When I went there, there was a treasure room and it did have the Gold Blocks but it didn't have any loot in the treasure chest. I copied NBT data and then it worked fine. Checked another room (the basalt one I think or the housing unit) and its chest didn't have any loot as well. Copied its NBT data again and then it generated.
