Grindstone recipe for beta is warped blocks and end stone brick slab and sticks. It is too hard to obtain in the beginning of the game. Please consider looking into that. Also another bug, I encountered with the nether is picking warped roots cause an icon appear in bag but it is not intractable nor placeable.
