Summary:
When a raid captain is killed,nearby vindicator and evoker doesn't pickup illager banner.in 1.16.0.51 beta pillagers can pickup illager banner when raid captain is killed but vindicator and evoker doesn't pickup illager banner.in java Edition they can pickup illager banner and become next raid captain.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Find a raid captain and kill the captain nearby vindicator and evoker will pickup illager banner and it becomes next raid captain.
2.raid captain will spawn in a raid.
Observed Results:
When raid captain is killed,nearby vindicator or evoker doesn't pickup illager banner.
Expected Results:
When raid captain is killed,nearby vindicator or evoker will pickup illager banner.
