Upon generating a world from a seed I have used multiple times (1600331202) because it has double Skeleton spawners 3 blocks away from each other, I respawned the world under current build, there in no loot in the nearby Desert Temple Chests (4) not any loot in the Skeleton spawners dungeon (3).

Loot tables are broken loot not generating, or duplicating between world generated chests.
