Currently, Ink Sacs are only obtainable in village chests (which are exceptionally rare). It makes it very difficult to create items which require Ink Sacs. The most difficult being Black Stained Clay (gray and black wool occur naturally on sheep).

While we wait for squids to be added, perhaps Ink Sacs could be added to the list of drops at the Nether Reactor?
