      Summary:
      When you summon a wolf using the spawn events on_tame or entity_born, the whole wolf will have the color of the collar.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a new world with cheats enabled
      2. /summon wolf ~~~ minecraft:on_tame or /summon wolf ~~~ minecraft:entity_born

      Observed Results:
      The wolf appears red.

      Expected Results:
      The wolf should appear with its normal colors.
