When you turn View Bobbing off in Video Settings, when nothing is in your hand, your arm moves as if view bobbing is on.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go into a world
2. Turn View Bobbing off in Video Settings
3. Put nothing in your hand

What I observed

When there is nothing in your hand, your hand moves as if View Bobbing was on

What I expected

When there is nothing in your hand, your hand would not move as if View Bobbing was off
