Steps to Reproduce:

Get a sword with all the possible enchantments (mending, unbreaking, looting, knockback, fire aspect, smite, vanishing)
Put the tool on your hotbar
Select the tool on the hotbar

Observed Results:
The tooltip with the enchantments appears partially below the hotbar.

Expected Results:
You should see all the text above the hotbar.
