1. join a 1.14 world and create a small artificial village (2 villagers, a bell, 2 beds and 2 workstations)
2. put 3 beds and 3 workstations around the village
3. swich over to 1.16.0.63 
4. summon a villager next to 1 new  bed and 1 new workstation 

the villager has a hight chance to not link to the closest bed and workstation but to one you placed first before 1.16

the villager should link to the closest workstation and bed , despite the change from 1.14 to the 1.16 beta
