cannot connect ps4 to microsoft account

      Description

      I have linked my microsoft account and ps4 account. but when i try to sign in it gives me a failed attempt. I can access my microsoft account just fine. I can log into my ps4 account just fine. I do not know why this is an issue. Pleae help
