Ghast projectile is broken

      The projectille that ghast shoot at you is broken

      It never catches me even if i stand still the projectile just exploded past my head never touching me 

      I personally have tested this on the 1.14.60 and the current beta version and it's still an issue 

      It doesn't happen Everytime but most of the time
