villagers on the realms are not sleeping in beds or working at stations. or refusing to take a job in general. we have tried sitting withing 10 blocks for an hour. this is occurring in multiple villages both player made. it seems they are first claiming beds that other villagers have and then those kick off the others. then the tables start getting traded. its turned in to a nightmare a few of the villagers are trying to go to the village over. over 100 blocks away and out of render. its flat like the watch your dog run away for 3 days flat. this realm started on an Xbox but has Xbox PC cellphone players and no one is getting anything, problems started after hot fix
