So, I was in the nether and taking nether Sprouts as my decoration at my Minecraft Survival Base and when I was breaking the nether Sprouts I got a Glitched Item and I was totally shocked and then I Thought 'Let's Try It Again' But it happened Again, nether Sprouts still gave me the Glitched Item. Everytime I broke the nether Sprouts with shears it gave me the Glitched Item again and again and That Items name was nothing and when in dropped on the ground it looks like in the middle of the Polar Bear, Sea Turtle, Skeleton and wither skeleton spawn egg and also, when in inventory it looked red and white. (Not to Mention, Kind of like a Pokeball).
