Okay, Here is what happened I update to Minecraft v1.16.0.61 and I created a new world I used a seed so I'd get spawned in a snowy biome, after a while it started snowing and I realized the snow layers weren't gathering up correctly, instead the snow layers were piling up in rows with a 7 block gap between each row.
