Fire On Top of Soul Soil is still regular fire

      Using flint and steal (I haven't tried using fire charges) to ignite Fire on top of Soul Soil Still makes Normal Fire
      NOTE: I Don't Know if its because of a texture pack but I tried turning it off and on again and even tried turning it off entirely and I know that someone reported this in 1.16.0.59 but i'm experiencing this bug in 1.16.0.61)
