Portal still showing building terrain

      I have big problem with my portal in survival world. It is my first portal. When I want to enter nether  screen is all the time showing "building terrain". Then I have to close the game and open again minecraft. When I do this I'm able to explore nether ect. There is no such problem when I'm leaving.
