World list delay under networks with no internet connection

      My siblings and I often connect to a router that isn't connected to internet to play mcpe together. When I click play on my [iPod touch 4G], the world menu wont pop up for 2-4 minutes. This also happens when I am connection to internet and the service cuts out.
