When water logged stairs are seen from there front it can be noticed that the front pretruding part of the stair tends to flicker in and out of water. I noticed this issue when i was building a monument using water logged stairs and glass. It was then apparent to me that the front portion of a stair that has been water logged has a tendency to "glitch" in and out of water. This issue needs to be resolved because it actualy is a nuisance when building structures underwater.
