In Ver. 1.14.60 multiplayer, players using custom skins will have the same skin.
Custom skins between players are common, and when one of them changes to a new custom skin, the other custom skin players become that skin. You can see this even from players who don't have a bug.
This did not happen with existing skins (such as the skin packs offered within MCBE).
