When linking portals near each other they tend to break and teleport you to other portals near it

I'll try and explain the best I can, for example:

      Overworld Portal A: Coordinates: 100, 60, 100

      Overworld Portal B: Coordinates: 125, 60, 125

Now using the linking portal methods properly(build and light Nether Portal first then go back and light Overworld Portal, etc).

      Nether Portal A: 13(12.5), 60, 13(12.5)

      Nether Portal B: 16(15.625), 60, 16(15.625)

That's the proper process I've been doing and it works, but not flawlessly. I still traverse between both portals mix and matching between the Overworld Portals.

       * *Overworld Portal A would go to Nether Portal B and vice versa.

This issue only occurs when both Overworld Portals and linked relatively close to each other, don't know exactly the range but maybe around 25-50 blocks in each directions
