I've noticed while exploring  the nether if you break a crimson nyluim (not sure if i spelled that right) with a warped root on top of it, it will go into your inventory but it will have a spawn egg type texture, but square instead, and if you hold it in your hand, you cant see your hand or the breaking animation. and it doesn't show up as warped root either.
