For the most part, except for split-second exceptions, the background behind item text in inventory/chests/etc. is gone. Sometimes while sliding the (currently invisible, another bug) cursor around, the background behind text will reappear, but it‘s so brief that it isn’t useful. I struggle to read the names + enchantments of items without that background behind the text.
