Light animations on sea lantern, fire/soul fire,  campfire/soul campfire, portal animation (including nether portal and respawn anchor), lava, player burning, crimson and warped stem/hyphae's animations are frozen (I'm not sure if I mentioned all of the blocks/items with light animation)
