The animations don't work.

Animation of Nether Portal don't work, Beacon don't create the beam, Painting is invisible when placed, Soul Fire and Fire don't have animation, Seagrass,Tall Seagrass and kelp animation don't work and map do not appear when in on-hand or off-hand and Lava and water don't have the flowing animation.
