My son has the Minecraft app installed on his iPad and on initial set up we never signed in with a Microsoft account. So all purchases have been saved to the iPad, I've purchased over 100 world's and 7 skins packs. Now when we go to my packs it displays an important warning message stating that in case of malfunction or uninstalling all the world's will be lost and to sign to a Microsoft account and transfer over all the world's. When ever I try to do this the world's do not sync to my account and the world's have a locked symbol on them and to unlock them I have to repurchase the world's. Upon sign in it prompts to save to account or leave on device I have done both options and still nothing. I have contacted minecraft.net and logged numerous reports and all I get back is generic emails. I have contacted Microsoft and got nothing back. I'm at my wit's end trying to get help with resolving this issue but can not find a solution to this problem. After doing research online all I find is people with a similar problem but no solution to it? Clearly this a fault in the system that needs to be fixed. When I will get help with this problem?
