All skins revert to Steve upon applying a resource pack of any kind. [Edit] Tried other resource packs and some either softlocked or crashed my game. [Edit 2] Reinstalling the game didn't help. [Edit 3] Looking into it farther this may not actually be a game bug as I checked more resources packs and only ones made by certain creator actually break anything.
