About 70% of the time when me or my friends die in the nether, it respawns me where I would respawn in the overworld but with a red tint overlayed on the screen. You can't move afterwards. The only way out of this is to close out of Minecraft, which leads to a crash screen. The crash scrren reads "The software has closed because an error has occured." There isn't any extra information attached to the error.
