In the new Java snapshot, red stone directs/ points into a target block and powers the block.
In Bedrock Beta the red stone directs/ points into the target block, but DOES NOT power the block.
So in Bedrock, this is one of the few blocks that can redirect red stone but it doesn't do anything.
