Normal maps cause reflection rays to clip into the block

      When looking at blocks with high reflectivity and bump mapping, the reflection angle will sometimes be further than 90 degrees from the mesh normal, causing the ray to enter the block and in turn cause visual artifacts. In the attached screenshots the white areas on the reflective ore are rays that are bouncing inside the block.
