Multiplayer game error with friends - Minecraft Windows 10

      I am trying to enter the worlds of my friends in Minecraft for Windows 10 and the error keeps showing "It was not possible to connect to the world". We tried everything we could not find a solution. Currently, my friend and I have version 1.14.60.

      I hope you can fix this as soon as possible.
