My family plays Minecraft on the PS4, and we have three family members that access the game from their own accounts; I rarely play any of worlds saved in my own account, as they were purchased for the other family members to use.  However, because my account is the main one for the PSN, mine is the one under all of our texture and skin packs were purchased.  All of the packs are not shared across the console, so the packs I purchased are not available to everyone in the family. All of the packs purchased under my account are not available to the others, the ones who actually use them.   Which is a major issue, in my household.

In my initial research into the issue, I found that this had been an issue that arose in the Xbox accounts back when the "Better Together" stuff was first issued, 2 years ago.  It was my understanding, from what I read and how I interpreted it, that this was not so much a bug but a feature, and that from this point on, texture and skin packs would only be available under the account who bought them, and not to everyone in the family who used that console.

To that end, I submitted a Feedback via the game, requesting a method by which we could transfer ownership of the packs from one family member or the other.  We have bought many packs, both skin and texture, and have no intention of spending more money to buy access to the same packs, especially since the person who "owns" those packs is the one least likely to use any of them.

I am not sure which part is the bug - the part where packs are no longer shared across a family console, or the part where we can't transfer the packs from one user to another.

Anyway, the point being, I would like some guidance into the issue, and how it can be best resolved.

      1. Is the fact that family members cannot share packs across a single console a bug or intentional?
      2. If it is intentional, is there some method by which "ownership" of packs can be transfered to other accounts, so that the people who actually use them instead of those who just bought them under the old content-sharing system?
      3. Also, if it is intentional, can your company consider changing that decision?  There are many families who play Minecraft, and it seems unfair to us to make us purchase multiple packs just so that the same family can use them without having to force the "controlling" player to be active in the game.  Especially given that many of the players are underage, and thus shouldn't be forced to "purchase" anything, especially if they aren't playing network multiplayer games.

Thank you for your time, and I hope for a quick response, as I'm sure that there are other PS4 users who are in similar situations and just haven't gotten around to posting yet.
