If I have blue concrete, for example (with a DataValue of 11), save and exit the game, then join back in, it defaults back to white concrete (with a DataValue of 0). This happens for all the colored blocks. But the weird thing is, placed blocks still retain color. Provided is a video demonstrating this.

(I have no idea if this affects other Bedrock-based versions, as I own only Education edition.)
