I traveled to a woodland mansion on peaceful mode and the evokers and vindicators were still there. They do not attack the player but are still hostile toward villagers and iron golems. I tried to use an evoker spawn egg on peaceful and they didn’t spawn, however vindicators can also be spawned in peaceful with a spawn egg, similar to the bug with ghasts.
