The avatar creator / Microsoft store is SLOW.

Reminds me of dial up days. Sat and waited 15 mins for all of the "tops" to show up on the character creator. Each category of clothing seems to have same problem, items load one by one. Very slowly.

Guaranteed it's not my internet connection that's the problem here... A lot faster on Win10.
