Dogs have a problem when they are in the rain.

I got to notice it being in a Realm, where I have 13 dogs, I went out to hunt them in the rain and they started making a strange movement, as if they wanted to shake off the water.

Later, I created a new world in creative mode to verify that it was not a problem with Realm, and the same thing happened to me.
