When a player in a multyplayer world whears a cape (foundairs or panckake) all the elytras of ell the players apper either with the foundairs design or invisible as issued at MCPE-63117 . That's an incorecrt behavior as only the player with the specific cape should have the cape design.

Please note that this report does not only issues invisible elytras whit pancake cape but another bug and forthat it should be duplicate of the mentined bug.
