Summary:
Squid, dolphins, and fish do not spawn in bubble columns.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Download and open the attached world
2. Wait a few minutes near the two tanks

Observed Results:
Squid, dolphins, and fish only spawn in the tank without bubble columns.

Expected Results:
Squid, dolphins, and fish should be able to spawn in bubble columns.

Original Description:
Noticed Squid, Dolphin, and fish not spawning in bubble columns in a standard ink farm above an ocean Biome.  I created a second tank to duplicate problem, one with magma block's one without.  Spawns occurred in the tank without magma box, but nothing spawned in the tank with magma blocks. please see the attached recording.  Notice no drops in the tank with magma blocks.
