I'm hoping that I can get an answer here, please...
This is the third attempt to get help from mojang. The minecraft helpdesk tells me to call microsoft with this problem, which I have, many times. Both Microsoft and Xbox claim that the problem is on mojang's. For the two previous attempts to contact mojang, 1 remains unanswered, the other referred to back to Microsoft, with no help actually offered outside of passing the buck. Attached are two images, one showing proof of purchase, the other showing what I see when starting the game. I am signed in on the MS store and Xbox Live. I can not sign in on the game and can't get out of the demo version.
There are hundreds of similar issues reported online.
Microsoft has remoted into my computer 3 times now and confirm that the game downloads correctly, is installed correctly, and runs correctly and because of that their service ends there. Microsoft insists that the actual game code and it's issues are a mojang problem, which leads me here.
Please someone give me some direction how to get this resolved and stop passing the buck to microsoft.
