      Summary:
      Soul campfires emit a light level of 15, which is inconsistent with soul torches/lanterns and Java Edition.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place a soul campfire at night
      2. Place a soul torch/lantern 25 blocks away from the campfire
      3. Notice the difference in light levels

      Observed Results:
      Soul campfires emit a light level of 15.

      Expected Results:
      Soul campfires should emit a light level of 10, just like soul torches/lanterns.
