Whenever I load up Minecraft, It tells me "Cannot load character..." and whatever number corresponds with any of my custom or purchased skins. When I try to reload them, It just brings up the Steve skin. This has affected the last 3 Minecraft versions including the Hotfix for me. It also deletes the skin when I try to reload it.
